Late bill payment - now can’t use sim card

I received an e-mail saying I was late in paying my bill. I immediately paid (5 minutes max after receiving the e-mail) but now can’t use my sim card at all. It says on my profile I’ve got unlimited texts and minutes to call but can’t use any of them. 

I’ve already tried turning my phone on and off, resetting the network settings on my phone, everything.


Could anyone PLEASE help as I need my phone for work purposes.

Can you confirm if the suspension has since been lifted?

This usually happens within an hour of making the payment.
