Why has no one sorted my money out. I have spoken to your agents about an account that was set up that I didnt know about. I was told someone would sort it, that was around the 18th april

It sounds like a fraudulent account. Was this logged to our Fraud Team? You should have been given a reference?
Though it’s odd money is being takne as fraudsters usually use stolen bank details for the purchases.
