I want to include the above MM/pictures SMS in my plan how do I go about it please? I know about WhatsApp but I do not use FB and it’s associated companies.

MMS messages would be included in your plan by default, though sending a MMS would cost 30p per message.

You would need to ensure that you don’t have a spending cap on your account set to zero, as this would prevent you from being able to make any chargeable calls or texts.
Totally get the not wanting to support Facebook stance. Though there are some other relatively popular messaging services that use Mobile Data/ WiFi to prevent charges. Such as Line, Telegram, Discord, and other good options I’ve probably not heard of personally yet.
