Good afternoon, I paid my bill last Saturday and My services haven't been reinstated after having paid my bill, Why is this happening?

iD Mobile might have blocked your account @PAULINA.

Use the iD live chat service to check its status with an iD agent - the agents work until 8pm weekdays.
