I disconnected my services and transferred my mobile number to a different network as was no longer satisfied with the service I was paying for so I left before my upgrade date which was 31st of March but because it was Easter I left on the 3rd of April and now iD mobile expect me to pay £45.05. They sent me an email saying £0 outstanding balance but when I login to my iD mobile account it says £45.05 outstanding, so which is correct!
