Problem sending texts

I am very happy to have switched to your network , there are only two things that concern me
The first is: I have a problem with sending messages. I send a text message and I get a notification that the message could not be sent, and despite the notification some messages are sent anyway, but it is annoying because I do not know which messages have been sent and which not
The other thing is that I wanted to leave my old number, I transferred it to you and it is still my main number, but when I send a message or make a call it is the number you assigned to me (it doesn't work every time either), could you please check this?

Hi @Magdalenaroman2210, if you’re using an iPhone, could you please try this for me?

 

1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)

2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)

3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.

4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number

5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)

6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:" 

 

If you’re using an Android device, please try going into the Message app, tap settings and find Chat Features. Turn it off, then back on.
