You've now used 100% of the data in your plan. Data usage will now be charged at 10.24p for every 1MB used until your allowances refresh at your next bill cycle. That means for 100MB of data, you'll be charged £10.24. Please note: you won't spend more than your Bill Cap if you have one set. Use the iD Mobile app to view and manage your account.

Hello @Andrew Canfield,

This text is sent when you have used 100% of the data on your plan.

You’ll get a similar before this usually, when 80% has been used.

 

Can you provide us with a bit more information on what it is you needed help with?

Last month I bought a 6gb 12 month add on. 
Why isn’t this data being used & I get charged extra for exceeding the monthly limit?

Which is what the text message suggests?

Hey @Andrew Canfield,

The text is always sent when your monthly data is used regardless of having an add-on or not.

If you then have an add-on, it will default to using the add-on.

We are required to send the texts to notify you when your data has been used.

 

You’ll also get one similar when 80% of your data add-on has been used and 100% also.
