"RPI changes apply on all plans"

HI, 

On https://www.idmobile.co.uk/shop/phones/pay-monthly it says “RPI changes apply” or "RPI changes apply on all plans". 

Does this mean the recent RPI announcements apply, will apply, have been applied or that I will be shocked to discover a minor increase in the monthly charges in a couple of months because of RPI?

Hi @UserNameNotYourEmail,

RPI increases apply to handset contracts only; SIM-only plans are unaffected.

People who took out a new 24-month tariff either by new connection, upgrade or plan change from 1st March 2019 to 15th February 2021 will receive the RPI increase of 1.4% from their April 2021 bill.

All 24-month tariffs sold from 16th February 2021 onwards will already contain the price increase and will not receive another one this year.

I hope this helps clear up any confusion.
