My bill isnt due untill next month,yet iv had a text saying its due in 3 days?

Hello @Kazcross1,

You should be able to log into the iD app/account, view the bill and then see the due date for this on the PDF bill.

Have you tried to check this?

My bill is saying i owe money when i don't? My bill is paid up to date, i paid my monthly bill today yet its saying my account has been suspended? 

 

Ridiculous that theres no number i can ring to speak to someonabout this e
