What does UK mean on your phone bill? I’ve been billed £1.75 for last month (6/10-1/11).

Hi @Adam17869,

This means additional usage within the UK has been added to your bill. This covers premium calls/texts, MMS and data etc; what you have been charged for exactly can be seen further on in your bill.

Ryan

Which one does it relate to, how am I suppose to understand the bill being twice as much as the plan when you don’t explain on the bill. From what I can see I’ve not used any data minutes or txt over my plan!!! How does a customer actually get to speak to someone at ID

Does anyone reply
