Do the details of the Direct Debit match that of the account holder and billing information on the iD Account?
Is this for a UK bank account?

Are you trying this via the app or your account on the website?
Have you had a direct debit set up before with iD Mobile if so we may be able to reactivate it.

Unable to register account.
Can somebody please help me? I want to register to pay by direct debit. I cannot seem to have anybody take my account details. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to sort this

What issue are you having registering your account? Which point do you get to?
Are you making sure to use an email address/username that isn’t used on another account already?

It says unable to register account.
I am also unable to log into app as I have recently changed my handset

Try doing the following first: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/forgot-username/
This will help you find your username.
Once you have this, then do forgotten password and you can reset this to login.

We can only re-instate the Direct Debit.
Are you making sure that the bank account used is a UK Bank account?
Which Bank is it you’re using?
Do the billing details match that of your billing details?

The bank is in United Kingdom the bank name is Barclays

Have you tried logging into your iD Mobile account logged into another device and trying to change the direct debit details then?

I think I'm going to leave ID MOBILE as I cannot seem to:
1) arrange to pay by direct debit
2) log into my app
3) details following option forgotten password doesn't work
4) obtain response from id mobile
5) arrange for 5G sim card only (which is £3.00 cheaper than current tariff
