I just joined and ordered my sim on the 25th Feb and I haven't even activated it yet.
I joined the £8 SIM only package.
I got a first email saying payment will be £8 on the 27th of each month so 27th march I am assuming. I then get another email saying £8 will come out on the 14th of march for Line rental? So confusing as I didn't see this on the sign up form.…
I am entitled to send back my sim as it's part of a 30 day refund policy.
Before I consider sending it back and cancelling this 12 month contract would you like to explain why I am paying twice a month? Giff gaff didn't do this to me?
