I'm yet to make a payment yet the app says I have and my banking direct debit says 180 odd quizd is due to come to you when it should only be 21.99. Can this please be amended?

What does the bill say? It will have a breakdown of the charges on it.

If you head to the iD App and go to the Billing section, are you able to view your latest PDF bill?
This should show what the bill is for and what any extra charges are on there.
Can you check this and let us know if there are out of plan charges on there showing or if it’s just line rental.
If it’s line rental, what period is the bill covering?
