You haven’t taken direct debit out of my account for three months? I haven’t changed anything? I have tried to pay my bill but you will not accept my card? my card is up to date so i can only think there’s a problem your end?

Hey @Martin Pole,

When you log into the app/account, does it show as having a bill outstanding?

Does the Direct Debit section shpw there’s an active Direct Debit?

Is the card you’re using to pay with one that’s registered in your name and same billing address?
