Hi all!

So, on the 4th my bill was meant to be taken but no money came out. I only had the amount of money for the bill at the time so I paid it myself through the website.

however, today there has been money taken and I’ve been billed twice? I’m not sure what to do because due to that I’ve been put into a minus and I’ve already paid my bill for the month.

Should a direct debit be close to being taken out and a manual payment is made, both payments may occur, we’d recommend awaiting a notification from us to mention that the direct debit didn’t go through.

 

An extra payment would go into the iD Mobile account as a credit, the next bill would take from that before charging you.
