Hi, the birthday associated with my ID mobile account is incorrect and as a result I cannot access services such as viewing my bill. Is it possible to view my bill without using the date of birth? If possible to have a bill update sent by email would be useful. I am travelling at the moment and problems with my esim are getting me worried I'll have a bill of thousands when I get back!
