Do you mean your spending cap on your account?  The one which would normally be there to shield you from having bills run up higher?

If so.  If you register your account on our website (here) you can then log in to your account and adjust your cap easily there.

Can you please increase my spend cap so it is £75 to enable my mum to make and receive calls in an emergency? I don't have the phone with me in the UK and couldn't access the iD app nor iD website outside the EU. Help! Thanks.
