I'm trying to change my direct debit details but won't let me change to a different account?

When changing your direct debit details, please ensure that the billing details match the exact same details as what’s on your iD Mobile personal details and your account.

 

Secondly, we’re aware of some customers having issues in general with changing their direct debit details via the app/website, and we’re working to resolve these ASAP.
