Hi I keep getting an error message when trying to set up a direct debit and I would also like to upgrade 

Have you tried contacting iD customer service on 0800 049 2376, to set up your direct debit, @beverleyk?

You can discuss your upgrade options with the iD sales team, by calling 020 7139 1397 - the advisers work between 9am - 6pm.

Have you tried changing your direct debit via both the app/website?

 

If not, as kindly advised by @andewhite, you can call our sales number on the phone number sent above who can advise further on upgrades.
