I have been with ID mobile since July, a payment was made on the 17th July and another taken by DD on 16th. 
 

on the 16th August, payment “failed” and they tried again and the money was taken (there were sufficient funds in my account) then 22nd August I get a text saying my bill has not been paid even though I can see via the app that the money was taken on the 16th I’ve paid double today now I have nothing due for next month. 
 

I also had a DD set up but I went in the app and it said I hadn’t and this had to be re set up. 
 

please advise
