I just made a payment on my phone but it glitches out and has charged me twice for my monthly bill, I am now  in credit with id mobile but I am wondering if it is possible to get a refund?

It might be possible to get a refund, I can’t confess to intimate knowledge of the small print on this subject, however. You’ll need to get onto customer support to attempt this.

 

With the amount of time I’d expect to get this sorted, I’d personally just consider next month’s bill paid.  That they are obligated to provision the service you’ve already paid for, as opposed to you’re obligated to pay.

I changed my contract from a monthly payment to a sim only deal last autumn. Since then ID mobile have been taking two fees out of my account, one for £27.91 and one for 12.00.  I would like a refund
