I have paid my monthly phone bill today through the I'd mobile app. Normally it takes the payment straight away and my services turn back on but today it only took payment from my bank account but is still saying bill over due and hasnt connect me back on to my services? How can I fix this?

It’s possible you may have another balance due.
Have you tried calling 0333 003 0001 to see if you are advised of any outstanding payments first?
If you here there is no balance outstanding but services are still barred, then we would need to manually lift this.
If you hear there is a balance, please make a payment and allow up to 24-hours for the bar to be lifted.

I paid the outstanding ballance. Payment has came out of my bank account but not showing as paid on I'd mobile?. The next bill isn't due until the end of this month

I have paid my bill on the app, but my phones still cut off even though it’s saying I’m all paid up when I try to make a phone call so I have nothing to pay yet my accounts not working

Good morning
I have paid my monthly phone bill today through the I’D mobile app. The payment is showing as cleared but is still saying bill over due which in fact isn’t due until 01/06/2024 and hasn't connect me back on to my services? How can I fix this?

Hi, I’ve paid my bill but for some reason my account is barred. Whenever I try to make a call it’s say’s my balance has been paid and on the ID app it shows that the payment was successfully and applied to my account.

Has it been more than 24 hours since you paid?
It can take 2-24 hours for the bar to be lifted.
It may also be worth restarting the handset to see if that fixes the issue.

Hi I have paid the outstanding bill, but am yet to be re connected! I try to make a call and it’s the payment line which says my bill is all up to date.
I was one day late on paying my bill, my services were cut off. I paid my bill and more and am currently in credit yet my services have not been turned back on. I have restarted my devices multiple times over the last 12 hours and still nothing.
I have also paid my bills but service has been restricted. I desperately need my phone this morning for doctors appointments. How long does it take to restore?
