I went through the process of ordering a pay monthly sim, but afterwards I had 0 emails or contact about it and nothing still after many days, I just resubmitted the form today but I’m not sure if i’ve accidentally done it twice?

Have you got 2 different web order reference numbers, @Chaftlyy

If yes, you might’ve placed a duplicate order.

I guess you can always request a returns authorisation, for the unwanted order, during the cooling-off period.

This team work between 9am - 6pm. 


I believe it gave me two but I have no place to find them as there was no emails


Maybe they’re in your mailbox Junk / Spam folder, @Chaftlyy.

Perhaps check if your bank has received a request to setup x2 direct debit payments for iD.
