After cancellation of contract I only received £8 refund from my £14.05 credit.
I am owed £6.05 yet there  no functioning way of contact.

Absolute SCAM!

We’re sorry to hear about that, all billing refunds are automatic so you may have been charged for any usage/remaining contract depending on the situation. Have you tried to contact us via our Live Chat Team here?

Have you cancelled your contract within the first 14 days, or have you cancelled after you have come to the end of your contract agreement?
