I am finding it very difficult to use your site log into my account and speak to anybody about my services

i havent been able to send text message since i joined you and now iv had to use phone abroad for an emergency and you are saying iv used on my data on a couple of phone calls  

but i cant even check account to see how much you have charged me 

please can you help me

Have you checked your SMS setting to check the correct number is in your settings?

Please can you advise if you have tried to log into your account?
