why has my bill gone up this month from £10 to £16.50?

You receive an emailed bill showing all the charges for the month labelled, have you checked this?

Hi 

My bill is always just £10 a month but this month it’s £20:15 which is double. I have been charged £1.79 for Uk and £6:50 for 6gb add which I never agreed to, 

any ideas
