am frustrated that I am still being billed even though I have reached the end of my contract! I have tried calling, texting and Live chat. I have been built £67.20 and threatened with court and damaged credit ratings if I failed to pay. I have not got the phone now, the SIM card or using the account since 29 April 2020 .Can anyone help? please 🙏🏾
