can i get my ID MOBILE cancelled and charges waved

am frustrated that I am still being billed even though I have reached the end of my contract!  I have tried calling, texting and Live chat. I have been built £67.20 and threatened with court and damaged credit ratings if I failed to pay. I have not got the phone now, the SIM card or using the account since 29 April 2020 .Can anyone help? please 🙏🏾

Hi @Sulayman.jallow, welcome to the iD Mobile community!  When you reach the end of your minimum term, we don’t just automatically cut off your services, as that would lead to a lot of angry and confused customers! We simply carry on billing you at the agreed rate, and you can contact us if you wish to change or end your plan.
