I would like to cancel my contract, i’ve attempted multiple times to contact an Agent via Chat but their is never an Agent available.
I cancelled my direct debit a few months ago and have since accrued a debt of £15, which i have paid.
The SIM has been deactivated and do not know my username/password and can’t recover password/username as the recovery relies on having a working SIM, i would like to know if my account has been terminated and i will not receive any more charges
