Hello, I would like to cancel my contract. How do Ii do it? Thanks.

Hello there @EddieMP 

If you’re looking to move your existing number to another provider, then you should just be able to text PAC and your date of birth in a format of DD/MM/YY to 65075 from your iD Mobile SIM.

Or log in to your account and request the PAC (code) within there.
