I would like to cancel my contract, I cant even log on to or register an account on the id website WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
canceling should be easy and straight forward to do. My id sim is not being used, I a give notice to that I will accept no further bills from this point in time from id and expect a full refund of any wrongfully taken money.
How can this be resolved?
