I spoke with someone a few months ago to cancel my sim only contract, I have now received a final demand notice of £10.00  I have not used my phone since December last year.

Disconnection requests would be a 30-day notice period in any normal instance, so it’s not uncommon to have a final bill to pay shortly thereafter things come to an end.

You’d be able to keep abrest of your bills as usual though by checking the iD Mobile App or viewing your bills by email or whichever method you used previously.

Who was it you spoke to a few months ago?  If you call that old number, is it disconnected?
