From the time we bought the sim we did not put in a phone and start to use it but wanted to cancel it within the 14 day period but due to the poor service from ID I could not get in touch with any of the members to cancel the plan. Now I am being charged monthly for a sim which is unused from day1 and no way to cancel it without inserting it in a phone which would mean we activated it and pay the termination fee. However we tried to get in contact within the 14 days and no response from ID. We have also disconnected the direct debit to show that we want to cancel the plan. So how exactly do we cancel a sim only plan which is unused?
