Hi I have been trying to cancel my contract with you all morning and keep getting passed around all over the website! Can someone make contact to tell me how to do this please? I have no alternative but to cancel the direct debit

Please click on how to cancel , it has everything you need to cancel your account

Please keep your Direct Debit open, the reason you should is - After your 30 days’ notice period ends, your plan will close, and we’ll issue your final bill. This bill will need to be paid by Direct Debit within 14 days. This is for your line rental, any out-of-plan usage up to the point of cancellation, and an early cancellation fee if it applies. If your Direct Debit fails (and it’ll obviously fail if you’ve cancelled it), your future credit rating might be affected – so please keep your Direct Debit open!

I sent 2 letters  to cancel my contract thats was between june-August 2020 but no reply.i did give 30 day notice as well before I cancelled my direct debit 

and I’m tried many times to contact ID MOBILE but very hard to contact. I am happy to pay my balance 

then cancelled my contract because the SIM card not been using since December 2019. My 82 years old mum used this SIM card when she was here in the UK but now she was lockdown in Philippine the SIM card can’t use anywhere so that’s why I wanted to cancel my contract . I recieved a letter from ID MOBILE if I didn’t pay my bill the put me to an agency.but the problem is it’s hard to contact there number to speak them regarding this matter.I dont know where to go  please help me please contact me on 07860681257
