I ported my O2 number to ID when I visited London.. I was told it was gonna work in where I live Andover.. and it still didn’t work .. so I called the ID company and could be able to cancel it .. and yet still my account was debited and money was taken from my account even though I had the contract cancelled .. there is no iD stores around and also you can’t talk to an ID customer’s service without an ID account .. I need a quick response and a refund on this please . Thank you
