Cancelling a new SIM card

I wish to cancel a SIM I no longer need but cannot access the account. How do I go about this as I don’t want lose the working account and the working account is the only one showing on my account

Hi @David Lowe,

Only 1 plan can be viewed through one online account so you would need to register an account for the SIM card in question to be able to cancel it. You can also cancel the plan by contacting our Live Chat Team here.
