I cancelled my SIM only contract about 6 months ago via their customer services. It was very hard to make them understand, but thought I'd succeeded.
I noticed last week i was still being billed. Ive struggled to contact anyone from id mobile. So to stop more money going out , i cancelled my direct debit.
Next day i got an email from id mobile saying that was not away to cancel my contract and i still have to give notice.
The SIM has been unused for 6 months and all i want is my money back
