cancelling contract

Hi 

I have been trying to cancel my contract completely and I keep getting stuck in a loop between ID app and a broken Internet link all I want to do is cancel my contract

Hello @Mazza 1704,

I’m sorry to hear that.

Did you want to keep the number?

If so, text PAC to 65075 and give this to your new network

They’ll process the number port and it’ll cancel the contract.

Final bill will be produced and we’ll take the balance for this in 14-days following the date it’s produced.

 

If you don’t want the number, text STAC to 75075 and give this code to your other network.

They will confirm you’ve left and we will then disconnect the account.

Again, final bill is produced when disconnected and 14-days later we’ll collect any remaining balance via DD.
