cancelling my id contract

I'm trying to cancel my I'd mobile phone contract. I've followed everything as I should but when I select the option to cancel it takes me to a page that states it still under construction. I've tried with both my online account and through the app and both take me to the same page. I've even tried calling and all I get is a recorded message that id are having technical difficulties. I've even tried the automated messaging service online and that's busy too. Don't know what else I can do.
