My plan is due to end on the 22 November
I don’t want an upgrade and just want to cancel my plan from the end date
I have tried using Live Chat but there are never any agents available
I have tried using the web site/App and despite what is says, there is no easy way to cancel/end a plan
I now cannot log into my account because I have forgotten by password but I can’t reset it because this seems to involve sending a security code to the phone but I no longer have the SIM and have not used the phone number linked to the account for many months
I tried to use the complaints online service but that is also not available
In desperation I have cancelled my direct debit as it seems there is no other way I can end the plan
