I need help cancelling my contract but I don’t know my id mobile number. I only got the contract out for a new phone so I never used it and have lost the sim. Ive tried going to live chat but you need the phone number and I’ve tried looking through old emails but no luck. I’ve had this contract for a few years now and want to finally cancel it
