Hi, my contract ends on 14th April. I can't contact ID customer service due to what's going on, so do I just cancel my direct debit on that date & will they close the account automatically? Tia.

Have you requested a 30 day disconnection? 

If so please allow your final bill to be generated and final payment to be collected before cancelling.
