I cancelled my contract within the cooling off period but you are saying I owe you money even tho the sim was never activated.

please help me cancel this

Hi @Barbara2439,

When returning within the cooling-off period, you will be charged for the time of which the contract was active for but as you mentioned you have not used the service, we will see what we can do. Please check your Private Message section so we can help further.
