I have moved to another network and need my PAC number emailed to me because my phone is broken. Live Chat does not have any solution to my request and the PAC number provided on my account isn’t valid according to my new network.

We are sorry to hear that. Our Live Chat Team should have been able to supply you with a new PAC code there and then. Please check your PMs as we will get you the PAC code.
Using this PAC code will then disconnect your account.
