I’ve been trying to end my plan for weeks. I use the website and I’m directed to a contact us link that has been under construction for weeks. This isn’t fair now, I want to end my plan to save money not end up having to pay out more. I want to give my 30 days notice and end my plan PLEASE. As the call centres and live chat can’t help with any personal account queries I have no idea what I am meant to do now. Can anyone shed any light and help me?
