I keep receiving an expired PAC code

I am trying to leave ID and keep my number. ID are sending me the same PAC code that my previous provider gave me - this code is out of date. Unable to get through to anyone on live chat. 

Please help.

PAC code valid for 30 days. Have you tried that code.

Yes - I requested the PAC code on 25/10. ID have provided me with the PAC code from my old provider which expired on 16/10. So they are providing me with an expired code. 
I have tried the use the code but it doesn’t work.
