final bill payment

I am attempting to pay my final bill for a SIMM I used on my car. I have no idea what the telephone number was, and am thus unable to progress this payment either online, over the phone, or with the App. I cannot get a person to discuss this with, as the chat line is always busy. How I can I make this payment?
