Fraudulent Account

I have received a letter informing me that an account and direct debit has been set up in my name but I am not an ID Mobile customer.

Can someone help me with getting this reported and having the account removed?

Hi I have also received fraudulent letter asking to pay £38 with a final demand letter.

i have never opened an account with this company at all. 

Can somebody please help and stop sending these letters.

this is ridiculous!
