Someone has set up fraudulent account in my name and address how do I contact your fraud department to deal with this?? 1st I've known about this is a debt collection letter for outstanding balance how can this happen don't you check peoples id or cross reference details match before seting up accounts??Â

iD does run a credit check and security check on orders.
This can happen if a fraudster has been able to obtain your personal details and fraudulently place an order using your information.
