How can I cancel my contract early?

Hello @Rcpvin12,

You can text the words INFO  to the number 85075 to retrieve the costs to cancel your contract.

This won’t include any current outstanding bills or add-ons etc.

If you’re happy to go ahead, 

Then you can either:

Text PAC to 65075 to get a PAC code. Give this to your new network who will port the number out, cancelling services with us.

Or

Text STAC  to 75075 to get a STAC code. Give this to your new network if not keeping the number, they will notify us you’ve left and won’t be keeping the number and we’ll cancel this for you.

In both cases, a final bill is produced following the disconnection and we’ll collect this after 14-days via Direct Debit.
