I placed an order on the 24th nov for a new iPhone. I received order confirmation and you have taken my upfront payment from my bank. In the website at that point it said new stock in on 1st December. Since then no update and now on the website the phone shows as no stock til second week of jan!
I can’t speak to anyone and the live chat is worse than useless. So I want to cancel the order and get my money back that you have already taken and it seems way to keep for two months without me getting the phone!
